I do live in the mid-west and have long hard winters..but we have health conscience farmers. Much of our passion lines up with each other, I'm very much into wellness, organic and whole raw foods.

It gets a bit hard in the winter months to find organics but we also have a wonderful co-op! My daughters in in Milwaukee Wisconsin it's fun to shop there as well. Milwaukee has large organic stories...this is when I try and load up! I personally wouldn't buy local if it wasn't organic...what's the point?

Just my thoughts on the topic! I knew a little bit about free radicals and how we need to protect ourselves as much as possible. Looking into this a bit farther, shows protecting against the free radicals will aid in reducing signs of aging. Who doesn't want to reduce the signs of aging?

Codi

Re: Eating Local or Organic Food

Katarina,

Thank you for sharing such insightful information. I never paid attention to organic foods. From your blog I have received great knowledge on the topic and will be implementing little things into my life to make it more organic. Starting with my own garden this spring.

Codi

Re: Eating Local or Organic Food
here is nothing wrong on eating Organic Foods, ina fact study shows that is best for human body because it contains all natural substance that our body need.

I agree with you. Self perception is so important. I truly believe that internal thoughts and self-defeating habits limit us much more than physical external forces. Thanks for sharing.
